Day 6: Last Random Act of Kindness

My last random act of kindness would have to be one day when I was walking through the town. I was on my way home and I had a drink in my hand. The sun was hot and I knew I would need to quench my thirst as I climbed the hills to get home (yes I live on a hill). As I was passing a gas station a homeless man asked me for some of the drink. I felt an immediate compulsion to give it to him. It’s not that I didn’t want the drink because I did, but I just felt that he needed it more. Doing without that drink would not kill me (and it obviously hasn’t) but who knows, it may be the only thing he had to consume all day/week.
